Advance payment of minimum 50% is required to confirm booking.
Balance amount must be paid before tour start.
Rates are subject to availability and seasonal changes.
Any deviation, additional sightseeing, or route change will be charged extra.
We are not liable for skipped sightseeing due to guest preferences, roadblocks, weather, or political disturbances.
Guests must carry a valid government-issued ID.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for loss or damage.
Guests are expected to follow local laws, customs, and behave responsibly during the tour.
By contacting us or using our travel services, you agree to our policies.
We reserve the right to update services, pricing, and booking rules anytime.
You must provide correct contact details for communication and booking.

Hotel check-in time is 14:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Guests will be accommodated in standard room category unless otherwise specified.
Room upgrades are available at an additional cost.
If the booked hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged directly to the guest.
Pets are not allowed in hotels unless permitted by the hotel policy.

Taxi service is provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
Standard taxi service timing is from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
Overtime charges apply beyond standard service hours.
Night service or travel outside regular hours may attract higher charges.
Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
AC usage is not allowed in hilly or mountainous regions for safety reasons.
Kilometers are calculated from pickup point to drop point and back; extra kilometers will be charged.
In case of vehicle breakdown, a replacement will be arranged at the earliest possible time.
Any soiling of the vehicle due to vomiting or unhygienic activities will attract cleaning charges.
Pets are not allowed in vehicles unless prior permission is granted.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash as agreed during booking.
Fuel, tolls, parking, interstate permits, and entry fees are not included unless mentioned.
Air fares, rail fares, and sightseeing entrance fees are excluded from package cost.
This company is not registered under GST; hence, GST invoice cannot be issued.

45–30 days before travel: 10% of total booking amount + ₹200 service charge.
30–15 days before travel: 50% of total booking amount + ₹200 service charge.
Less than 15 days before travel: 100% booking amount (No refund).
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation of individual services (hotel, taxi, activities) will follow the respective service provider’s policy.
